“Back to normal. I think I have conditioning...I believe I can play...I'm ready whenever they want.” |

Match Their Physical Play - The Kings are a big, strong team that can skate. They have the ability to wear a team down. This game will be like a playoff game. The Wings have to be ready to take a lot of hits and bounce right back.
Start Early and Get The Lead - The Kings played at Minnesota last night and the Wings are well rested. Take advantage of that and try to jump on them early.
Have Real Good Breakouts - L.A. will forecheck hard to cause the Wings to turn the puck over. Given that, it will be important for Detroit's blueliners to get the first pass to the forwards or skate the puck out of the defensive zone quickly.
