Buffalo Wild Wings Hot Wings

Kyle Quincey is having one of his best seasons as a Red Wing, both defensively and offensively. Quincey and his buddy Danny DeKeyser have been solid all year and the duo has been one of Detroit's most reliable pair on the back end. Q has even chipped in offensively as of late, recording 3 assists in the past two games and scoring a goal last week against Edmonton.

He's Detroit's 'Hot Wing' by Buffalo Wild Wings!

Shoot the puck - With Pekka Rinne out the Red Wings need to get shots on backup Carter Hutton. Make the best of their chances.

Get into Nashville's defense - The Preds are solid back on the blue line. They don't give up a lot of scoring chances. Play more in their zone and make the best of scoring chances.

Start fast - First game back after a long road trip is always tough. Getting the lead and not playing from behind will be critical in this game.

After seventeen days and six games, the Red Wings will return home to face-off against the leagues top team, the Nashville Predators. Detroit is riding a two-game win streak after going 4-2 on their recent road trip. Nashville, on the other hand, hasn't lost a game in regulation in their past ten (8-0-2) and are currently riding a five-game win streak.  Petr Mrazek has started the past four games (3-1-0) for Detroit, not allowing more than two goals in any of those games. The Red Wings have won four of their past five, and they have lost three times in regulation in their past 11 games (7-3-1). Detroit will get a bit of a break tonight, as Nashville will be without their top goaltender Pekka Rinne. The Red Wings have won 31 of 44 games all-time against Nashville at Joe Louis Arena.
