Ken Holland says he wants Pavel to be symptom-free for a few days before he returns to game action.

Get off to a Fast Start - Be on the attack early and dictate the play.

Win the Special Teams Battle - Both teams excel on the penalty kill. Detroit has 6 more power play goals than the Bruins; the Dastyuk-less Wings will need to convert on PP opportunities tonight.

Win the Battles Along the Boards - Boston is strong and physical. Detroit needs to get physical in the corners and come away with the puck to generate scoring chances.
