DETROIT -- Saturday, November 17 is “Ladies Night” at Joe Louis Arena as the Red Wings provide the Fire on Ice entertainment for the wives and girlfriends of deer hunters throughout Hockeytown.
Deer hunting season in Michigan officially opened yesterday (Nov. 15) and the Wings have several great activities planned for Saturday night’s game vs. the Chicago Blackhawks including free 15-minute back massages, psychic readings, a special Mojito bar and “Turkey Tips” from Olympia Club executive chef John Borso.
The JLA Wine Bar will be providing recommendations on what wines pair well with popular holiday dishes and all women in attendance will have the chance to win Wings merchandise and tickets to the upcoming 'Dancing with The Stars' show at Joe Louis Arena on January 5, 2008.
A limited number of tickets remain for Saturday’s game as well as the Wings’ annual Night Before Thanksgiving contest on Wednesday, Nov. 21 vs. St. Louis. Tickets are available through the Joe Louis Arena Box Office, Ticketmaster outlets, at www.DetroitRedWings.com or by calling 248-645-6666. Season tickets starting at just $22 per seat are available in six, 12, 22 and 33-game packages.
