DETROIT -- In preparation for the Stanley Cup finals at Joe Louis Arena, the Red Wings will begin selling single-game tickets to the general public on Tuesday, May 20 at 12 p.m. EDT.

The Red Wings advanced to the Stanley Cup finals for the first time in six years, and will meet the Pittsburgh Penguins beginning Saturday, May 24 at Joe Louis Arena. Below is the complete series schedule.

Stanley Cup Final Merchandise Available: Stop by Joe Louis Arena o Tuesday, May 20 for Little Caesars and playoff gear. Fans can join in the celebration of the Wings 23rd trip to the Stanley Cup final with official merchandise, including locker room T-shirts, locker room hats, pucks, pennants and flags! These items will go on sale May 20 from 11a.m. to 6 p.m. at Joe Louis Arena and Hockeytown Authentics in Troy (corner of Big Beaver and John R). Fans stopping by The Joe on Tuesday can enjoy a ‘stop and shop’ lunch special, featuring a slice of Little Caesars pizza and a small soft drink for only $3.50.


The Wings continue to accept season-ticket deposits for the 2008-09 season, which allows fans to lock in next year’s season tickets at this year’s prices and qualifies them to purchase all remaining 2008 playoff games at preferred prices.  To place a deposit, fans can call the Red Wings' season ticket office at 313-396-7575.

Fans can get in by purchasing tickets at the Joe Louis Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations, including Hockeytown Café, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy, or charge by phone at 248-645-6666.  Fans also can purchase tickets by logging on to DetroitRedWings.com.
