DETROIT -- Thursday night is Ladies Night at 'The Joe' when the Red Wings host the Dallas Stars at Joe Louis Arena.
Fewer than 750 tickets remain for the battle between two of the top teams in the Western Conference. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of the special night with doors opening at 6 p.m. EDT.
Hockeytown plans to roll out the red carpet for the ladies with the chance to indulge in Bombay Cosmos, complimentary chair massages, beauty consultations and hair product samples. A 20 percent discount will be applied to all merchandise purchases and two lucky ladies will win free Red Wings makeovers compliments of Lance Vincent Hair Salon and the Detroit Red Wings.
All ladies in attendance will also have the chance to win great prizes, including tickets to see "The Color Purple" at the Fox Theater, gift certificates to spas and salons, movie and food vouchers for Uptown Entertainment, chick-flick DVDs, chocolates and Red Wings' merchandise.
In continuation of Dollar Days in March at 'The Joe', $1 soft pretzels will also be available to all fans.
Tickets for the seven remaining regular-season home games are currently on sale at $22, $44 and $54 at the Joe Louis Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations, including the Hockeytown Cafe, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy, or charge by phone at 248-645-6666. Fans also can purchase tickets by logging on to DetroitRedWings.com.
