DETROIT -- Spend the Thanksgiving holiday with the Red Wings this Wednesday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 28 at Joe Louis Arena as the Wings take on the Montreal Canadiens in an Original Six match-up Wednesday and battle Central Division rival Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday. The puck drops for both games at 7:30 p.m. (FSDetroit, 97.1 The Ticket).

All fans attending Wednesday’s game will receive a 4x6” Red Wings program cover ceramic tile, courtesy of National Coney Island. On Friday, the Wings will offer their own “Black Friday” doorbuster deal with free cotton candy to the first 400 kids. Doors open at 6 p.m.

For those fans who still have shopping to do, the Red Wings will offer all Stanley Cup merchandise at half price Friday, available at merchandise stands throughout the Joe. All fans in attendance on “Black Friday” will also have the chance to win a variety of prizes including a one-year membership to Bally’s Fitness, $500 Carroll Ochs Jewelers gift card, $250 gift certificate to 6 Salon in Royal Oak, 6-month unlimited movie card to Uptown Theaters and a one-night Stay and Ski package to Garland Resort. Additional gift certificates to local shops and restaurants will be given away through lucky seat locations throughout the game.

TOYS FOR TOTS COLLECTION STARTS WEDNESDAY
Fans attending the games on Wednesday and Friday are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to benefit the annual U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Collection (Wednesday) and The Salvation Army (Friday). All toys collected will be distributed to children throughout Metro Detroit this holiday season. All fans who donate will have the opportunity to win autographed Red Wings merchandise.
