DETROIT – It's time to pull out the old cardigan and dusk off the worn-out argyle.
It's Ugly Sweater Night at Joe Louis Arena!
Wear your ugly sweater to the Red Wings’ home game this Thursday, Dec. 17., against the Tampa Bay Lightning for a chance to win great prizes!
The five ugliest sweaters seen by the Wings’ promotions team will be qualified to win the Ugliest Sweater Award during the third period. The winner of the Ugliest Sweater Award will be chosen by fan reaction at Thursday’s game.
The first 200 fans seen by the promotions team wearing ugly sweaters will receive a coupon for a free car wash. The grand prize winner, chosen by the fans at JLA, will win a Nicklas Lidstrom autographed jersey, er, sweater.
