DETROIT -- Beat the cold as college hockey’s fiercest rivalry heats things up Saturday, January 30 when the Michigan Wolverines host the Michigan State Spartans at 7:30 p.m. EST at Joe Louis Arena.
The Wolverines and Spartans will face-off in a home and home series this weekend, playing at Munn Arena in East Lansing on Friday and back at The Joe on Saturday. The Wolverines currently post a 14-11-1 overall record (9-8-1-0 CCHA) record and the Spartans are 16-8-4 (11-5-4-0 CCHA). The intrastate rivals will battle it out in their third of four meetings this season.
