Public Relations Duties will include, but are not limited to: Assisting the public relations department in game-night tasks including preparation and distribution of media credentials, press notes, transcribing and distributing intermission interviews and various post-game activities including recording and transcribing of post-game quotes from opposing coaches and players. This is an unpaid internship. Individuals must be able to work 4-11 p.m. on Red Wing home game nights. Sophomore status or higher preferred. Click here to submit your resume and cover letter. Community Relations Duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintaining daily newspaper clips, donation database for community relations, answering phones, assisting in community relations visits and other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Suites Services This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Suites Department at Joe Louis Arena: answer incoming phone calls, assist all Suite Holders on special requests, update all information necessary, up-sell food and beverage items and take orders via phone, fax and e-mail, take ticket orders for suite passes, assist with beverage inventories and assist with event planning on the Suite level (prior to and during DRW games).
