"My Red Wings Account" by Ticketmaster is your one-stop shop for all online account management. Now you can make payments to your season ticket account, renew your Season Ticket package, track your ticket useage and update portions of your personal online account.

Log on to your personal account with your Account number or email address on your account and password. Your account number can be found on the upper left hand corner of your Season Ticket invoice.
TO EMAIL YOUR TICKETS
Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone up to two hours before the game, via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to e-mail tickets to friends, family or clients when you can't attend a game. Simply log-on to your personal account and click on the "View Tickets" link . Then select the ticket or group of tickets for the appropriate event, enter the recipient's information and click the "Forward" button at the bottom of the page. There is a nominal fee of $2 per ticket for this service which you can pay yourself or pass along to your guest.
How It Works:
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a unique barcode using ticketFast that can be printed using any standard computer.
