What is eLayawaySPORTS?
eLayawaySPORTS makes it easy for you to buy the products and services that you want by paying for them through manageable monthly payments that you set. It allows you to break down your order’s purchase price over monthly or weekly payments that fit your budget. eLayawaySPORTS will automatically deduct the payments from your bank account.

How long do I have to pay for Red Wings season tickets?
You have up to 6 months (or 24 weeks) to pay for your 2009-10 Red Wings season tickets through eLayawaySPORTS. All full (45 game plan) and 19 Game Plan season tickets must be paid by January 14, 2010. Please contact your Ticket Service Representative for details on 9 Game Plan deadlines.

I am an existing Red Wings Season Ticket Holder. Can I participate in this program?
Yes. Existing season ticket holders may register an account with eLayawaySPORTS to help them pay for the 2009-10 season. This option provides existing ticket holders up to 6 months (or 24 weeks) to pay for their season tickets.

Where can I find my Season Ticket Account number?
Your Red Wings Season Ticket Account number is found on your 2009-10 renewal invoice for all returning customers. Please view the upper right hand corner of your ticket invoice under the heading.  New Season Ticket Holders that have not received their Red Wings account number can contact the Red Wings Ticket Sales & Service Office at (313) 396-7575.

When will I receive my season tickets?
All Season Ticket Holders will receive their ticket packages, consisting of tickets for each event in your season ticket plan.  Season Ticket Holders will begin to receive their packages starting September 9th, 2009.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any Detroit Red Wings ticket order. By entering into the eLayawaySPORTS payment plan, the customer has committed to purchasing a 2009-10 Detroit Red Wings ticket plan.  In the event you fail to meet your payment requirements, as dictated in the terms of your eLayawaySPORTS payment plan, the Detroit Red Wings reserve the right to terminate any and all tickets.  If a non-sufficient funds should occur resulting in a nonpayment of said payment plan, the customer is responsible to resolve the issue, make alternate arrangements or risk having the account terminated.  Additional fees may apply.
