Manage Your Account Online
"My Red Wings Account" by Ticketmaster is your one-stop shop for all online account management.  Now you can make payments to your season ticket account, renew your Season Ticket package, track your ticket usage and update portions of your personal online account.

To Access Your Account

Log on to your personal account with your Account number or email address on your account and password.  Your account number can be found on the upper left hand corner of your Season Ticket invoice.

To Email Your Tickets

Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone up to two hours before the game, via ticket forwarding.  This service allows you to e-mail tickets to friends, family or clients when you can't attend a game.  Simply log-on to your personal account and  click on the "View Tickets" link .  Then select the ticket or group of tickets for the appropriate event, enter the recipient's information and click the "Forward" button at the bottom of the page.  There is a nominal fee of $2 per ticket for this service which you can pay yourself or pass along to your guest.

How It Works
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic.  During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically.  The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a unique barcode using TicketFast that can be printed using any standard computer.

To Post Your Tickets For Sale On TicketExchange
Can't make it to a game?  Use the Detroit Red Wings Season Ticket Holder TicketExchange to sell your season tickets anonymously to other fans through a secure on-line exchange service.  There is no fee for posting tickets.  Log on to your personal account and select the tickets you would like to sell.  You will need to set the price and expiration date for the tickets you are selling.  Tickets must be sold at a minimum of face value.

Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.  To confirm that your seats have been posted and to check it they have sold, check your personal account manager under "View Tickets" and those locations and dates that have been posted will be visible.  They tickets that have been sold will indicate "Sold" next to the ticket price.

What Happens When My Tickets Are Sold?
Once purchased, the barcodes on your season tickets are cancelled and you will receive credit into your Season Ticket Account for the sale price that your set, subject to a 10% seller fee.  New barcodes are issued electronically to the buyer via TicketFast technology.  The buyer can then print the tickets instantly using any standard printer.

What Happens If My Tickets Don't Sell?

If your tickets do not sell before the expiration date you've set for your ticket sale, you will be notified immediately via e-mail that your listing has been removed and that your original tickets are still valid for entry.  If you cannot attend the game, simply forward them to a friend via ticket forwarding.
