| Can I buy additional Suite tickets? A maximum of five (5) additional Suite tickets may be purchased for any game, concert, or event at Joe Louis Arena. What if I lose my tickets? If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, clients should immediately contact the Premium Seating Department. It is highly recommended to track seat numbers when passing out tickets. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be voided out unless a seat number is provided. Where can I park for the game? In either the Joe Louis Arena garage located on W. Jefferson or the Riverfront VIP Lot located next to the People Mover on Steve Yzerman Drive, if available. How much does it cost to park in the Joe Louis Arena garage? The Joe Louis Arena garage is available for parking during Detroit Red Wings games for a fee of $15, other event parking prices vary by event. How do I order food and beverage? Te ensure that the Suites Hospitality Department can meet all of your food and beverage needs, we request that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance. If an event falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask that the orders are placed by 5:00pm on Thursday. To place your order, please fax the completed pre-order form to (313) 471-7536 or email to JLASuites@olyent.com. You will receive a confirmation phone call after the order is placed. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, please call (313) 471-7472. What time can I enter my Suite? Doors open one and a half (1-1/2) hours before every game and event. Can I leave the building and return during an event? There is no re-entry. Once you have exited the arena, you cannot re-enter for any reason. How do I contact someone from my Suite telephone? Your Suite telephone will permit communication within Joe Louis Arena. For your convenience and quick access to our Suite Hospitality Office for food and beverage orders and/or questions, you can dial extension 7388. Does my Suite ticket get me into the CC Olympia Club? All suite ticket holders are allowed access to the club for the Detroit Red Wings game indicated on their Suite ticket. For dinner and table reservations, please contact the CC Olympia Club at (313) 471-7920. What does the CC Olympia Club pass include? The CC Olympia Club pass allows access into the exclusive member's only club. What time does the CC Olympia Club open and close? The CC Olympia Club opens 1 1/2 hours prior to game time and will close approximately one (1) hour after the game. How do I purchase Comerica Bank Legends Club tickets? Comerica Bank Legends Club tickets are sold on a full season and half season basis. Please contact a Premium Seating Department Representative for more details. How do I find out if my suite has a view for a particular event? Due to technical requirements for concerts and other special events held at Joe Louis Arena, some Suites will be blocked; this block may vary depending on the event. We will assist Suiteholders with purchasing tickets in the arena, if available. |
