|Can I buy additional Suite tickets?
A maximum of five additional Suite tickets may be purchased for any game, concert or event at Joe Louis Arena. Please reach out to your sales representative or someone from our team to process the tickets.
What if I lose my tickets?
If tickets are lost, stolen or not received in the mail, clients should immediately contact the Premium Seating Department. It is highly recommended to track seat numbers when passing out tickets. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be voided out unless a seat number is provided.
Where can I park for the game?
The Joe Louis Arena Garage is available for parking during Red Wings games for $25 per car. Riverfront Lot passes are $35 per car. Other event parking prices vary by event.
How do I order food and beverage?
To ensure that the Suites Hospitality Department can meet all of your food and beverage needs, we request that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance. If an event falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask that the orders are placed by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. To place your order, please fax the completed pre-order form to 313.471.7536 or email JLASuites@OlyEnt.com. You will receive a confirmation phone call after the order is placed. If you DO NOT receive confirmation, please call 313.471.7472.
What time can I enter my Suite?
Doors open 1 1/2 hours before every game and event.
Can I leave the building and return during an event?
There is no re-entry. Once you have exited the arena, you cannot re-enter for any reason.
Does my Suite ticket get me into the International Bancard Olympia Club?
All Suite Ticket Holders are allowed access to the Club for the Red Wings game indicated on their Suite ticket. For dinner and table reservations, please contact the International Bancard Olympia Club at 313.471.7920.
What does the International Bancard Olympia Club pass include?
The International Bancard Olympia Club pass allows access into the exclusive members-only club.
What time does the International Bancard Olympia Club open and close?
The Club opens 2 hours prior to game time and will close approximately one hour after the game.
How do I purchase Comerica Bank Legends Club tickets?
Comerica Bank Legends Club tickets are sold on a full season and half season basis. We do not sell individual game tickets in the club. Please contact a Premium Seating Department Representative for more details.
