Philippe Audet
Philippe Audet
Left Wing
Number: 22
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 175
Shoots: Left
Born: Jun 4, 1977
Birthplace: Ottawa, ON, Canada
Drafted: DET / 1995 NHL Entry Draft
Round: 2nd (52nd overall)
Drafted by Detroit in 1995, Audet played his first four NHL games in 1998-99 and has had a tough time cracking a blueline lineup chock full of 30-something veterans.

He had an excellent career in junior in the Quebec league, increasing his scoring from 19 to 40 to 52 goals. Helping the Granby Bisons win the 1996 Memorial Cup before going 52nd overall in the draft, but when he got to the Red Wings farm team in Adirondack the goals stopped.

From those four games he spent the rest of his career in the minors, and although he was traded to Phoenix for Todd Gill at the deadline in 2000, the Coyotes never called him up to the NHL.
