Currently tied for second in the QMJHL in defensive scoring with 14 points (2G-12A) in as many games played, Ouellet also leads the league in shots from the blue line (60). In Tuesday’s 7-1 road win over Shawinigan, Ouellet dished out a team-high four assists, three of which came on the power play. Blainville-Boisbriand has started the season 10-2-2 and leads the TELUS West Division by three points over second-place Rouyn-Noranda.
